New Balconies – Renovation and Expansion

The project involved extending and enclosing the existing worn-out balconies, which required a renovation of the reinforcement in the balcony decks. New enclosed balconies have been installed, providing better protection against the elements than the previously open balconies. Additionally, the view has been enhanced, and energy consumption has decreased with new windows between the apartments and the balconies.

We were responsible for consulting, execution, construction management, and supervision, as well as safety and working environment. Furthermore, a direct phone line was established for notifying residents during execution and planning, allowing them to receive immediate answers to their questions regarding the construction process and its impact on daily life.
