The project is driven by the ambition to place diversity and human social needs at the center. This is reflected in a variety of housing types and apartment sizes, as well as the inclusion of common houses, greenhouses, herb gardens, and shared cars.
At Norsyn, we have led the design phase and tailored the technical solutions, fire safety strategy, and structural design in close alignment with the project’s high architectural aspirations. This requires more than just conventional engineering services.
The development will be DGNB Gold certified, which has required significant focus during the design phase.
We have selected solutions that optimize the building’s energy performance, minimize material waste, streamline shaft layouts and mechanical rooms, and support a good working environment for the on-site contractors.
Due to a high groundwater level, the project includes pumps and retention basins for surface water management.
The development is equipped with a thermonet using geothermal coils, designed by Norsyn Energy Solutions.
