Upgrade of Langager Substation

Norsyn provides technical consultancy services in connection with the upgrade and refurbishment of the Langager pumping and heat exchanger substation at Greve District Heating, which is supplied by VEKS on the transmission/primary side.

The consultancy includes analysis of future capacity requirements and supply conditions as well as the definition of the design basis for the distribution side. The work comprises upgrading and refurbishment of pumps, pressure maintenance systems, tanks, filters and other auxiliary equipment together with associated piping connections.

Norsyn performs 3D modelling, preparation of drawings, hydraulic dimensioning and specification of technical requirements for components. The assignment also includes planning and execution of the tendering process and contract award.

During the construction phase, Norsyn provides technical supervision and professional advisory support to the contractor as well as planning of commissioning with a focus on operational reliability, maintenance and future operational optimization.
